Matt Lawrence
NSCA, MBSC
Matt has been a life-long multi sport athlete competing at the varsity level in track & field, baseball and football in his home state of New Jersey where he was recently inducted in the Don Bosco Prep Hall of Fame as Co Captain of the 1973 Undefeated State Champion Football Team, The Ironmen.
He was recruited by The University of Rhode Island and played defensive back for the URI Rams. Matt was introduced to the martial arts while rehabbing from a football injury - a journey which led him to earn black belts in both Kenpo and Tai Kwon Do and become a nationally ranked light heavyweight kickboxing champion, competing for the World Light Heavyweight Championship title in 1983.
A relocation to New Hampshire from New York in 1996 exposed Matt to youth hockey. He coached his sons Matthew and Zachary who both played for the NH Junior Wildcats organization and went on to compete at the Prep School and Junior levels.
Matt has always known the importance of dedication, hard work and family to achieve his goal of bringing health and strength to the local community and is proud to call the seacoast home to the business he started in his basement in 2001.
Zac was a dual sport varsity athlete in both hockey and track & field and recruited by The University of Rhode Island for Men’s Track & Field as a member of the Throws Team and where he earned his BA degree in 2016. URI Division I Men’s Track & Field went on to win the A10 Championships in 2016 and continued the streak with their seventh consecutive Atlantic 10 Championship win in 2023.
Developing strength and conditioning programs for aspiring college athletes is a core specialty and passion of Zac’s. He has first-hand knowledge and experience in successfully balancing the rigors of collegiate athletics and academics and is proud of the role he plays in helping his athletes earn roster spots at Elite Prep Schools: New Hampton School, The Winchendon School, Cushing Academy; as well as at Universities including: Lawrence University, Endicott College, Syracuse, Mercyhurst, Franklin Pierce University, Endicott College, Salem State University, Northeastern, Georgetown University, and the University of New Hampshire.
Zac Lawrence
Jiu Jitsu is another area of ongoing education and expertise for Zac where he competes at the global and national level, recently earning his brown belt in the sport. Zac is nothing short of well rounded.
His commitment to structuring an individualized foundation & program for his clients supporting their journey to become a ‘master of their craft’ is what makes training with Zac a unique and fun experience.
Luke Gullick
Luke Gullick has been a personal trainer for over 16 years. He is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, TRX and several kettlebell courses: Art of Strength, Strong First, and most notably Level 1 Original Strength Coach...so far, he is the ONLY one in New Hampshire with this distinction (and we’ve got him!)
He is passionate about making sure his clients move better everyday by applying the principles of “original strength.”
And with his energetic British wit, Luke makes bear crawls and burpees priority one, because movement is the meaning of life, and if you’re not moving, you’re not living!
